Chauvet DJ
Since its birth, the entertainment lighting manufacturer Chauvet DJ, quickly gained a respected position on the market due to the quality of its products, the value that they bring for its customers, and the affordable prices. However, the brand was missing clear graphic guidelines for its marketing efforts. There was no consistency in terms of the look and feel, tone and voice, the message to the clients, and the overall UX. To help the brand meet its goals, I completely overhauled the look by creating the brand guidelines book, the new website, and most of the materials that are used to reach their customers, such as email marketing, packaging, stationery, and printed advertisements. Since then, the customer’s perception of the brand has changed, and the clients are having a different brand experience with a more professional focus. Customers now feel that the products they are buying are backed by an entire professional company and not just a factory. They understand that creating a brand environment for their clients is the best way to keep them faithful.
